Delete your account in the app
Open WarmNod, go to Account, choose Delete account, then confirm Delete permanently. Your account is closed and active sessions are revoked when the request is accepted.
Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@warmnod.com from the address associated with your WarmNod account and ask us to delete it. We may reply with steps to verify that you control the account. Never send your password, verification token, or session token.
What deletion covers
Deletion closes your account, revokes active sessions, and starts deletion or de-identification of personal information and content that is no longer needed to operate or protect the service.
Limited retention
Some records may remain for a limited period in protected backups or where reasonably needed for fraud and abuse prevention, safety investigations, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, or legal compliance. We delete or de-identify this information when it is no longer needed, subject to those exceptions.
