1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must provide an email address you control and accurate account information.
2. Your account
You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity through your account. Do not share verification, reset, access, or session tokens. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The WarmNod service
WarmNod enables limited anonymous bottle exchanges. Availability, delivery timing, daily limits, and specific features may change as needed to operate a calm and safe community. WarmNod does not guarantee that a bottle will be delivered, opened, answered, or retained indefinitely.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant WarmNod a limited, non-exclusive license to host, protect, reproduce, moderate, deliver, and otherwise process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and meet legal obligations.
Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. Because another person may read your content, do not include contact details, credentials, private identifiers, or other sensitive information.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. You may not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, spam, evade limits, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape other users or content, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, or use WarmNod for illegal activity.
6. Moderation and enforcement
WarmNod may use automated checks and authorized human review to moderate content and investigate reports. We may reject or remove content, end an encounter, restrict matching, apply a cooldown, suspend an account, or ban an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.
You can report content and block a sender in the app. Misusing reporting tools may itself violate these Terms.
7. Service changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue part or all of WarmNod. We work to provide a reliable service, but interruptions and errors can occur. Features may be unavailable while content is reviewed or when safety systems are not ready.
8. Termination and deletion
You may stop using WarmNod at any time and can delete your account from the Account screen. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety risks, legal requirements, or prolonged service discontinuation. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including content-processing rights already exercised, safety records, disclaimers, and limits of liability, will survive as permitted by law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
WarmNod is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not control what other users submit and cannot guarantee that all objectionable content will be detected before delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarmNod is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date and provide notice or request renewed acceptance when required. If you do not agree to an update, you should stop using WarmNod and delete your account.
